The HWCyberGuard Assembly was a Division of The WaltersJudsonGroup but voted to move to HW on December 2025. The WaltersJudsonGroup was originally founded by Bruce Judson in 1996. The original WJG CYBERGUARD ASSEMBLY was created in 2012 by David Edison, Xavier Carlotti and former director Daniel James Tyler. In 2022 The WJG was absorbed by HollingsWorthington, but every Division and Department was kept in tact by Peter Worthington, who is now it’s new head.
